(Ⅵ) Application of dust removal technology in agricultural and forestry waste biomass power plant
During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, the country will focus on promoting the development of biomass heat and power projects and biomass clean heating projects, whether it is the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Development of Biomass Heating Development" issued by the National Energy Administration in 2017, or 2019 At the end of the year, the National Energy Administration notified the notification to report the clean heating of biomass, including the requirement that the flue gas emission of biomass boilers meet the emission level of gas-fired boilers. In the past two years, the ultra-low or even ultra-clean emissions of biomass cogeneration and clean heating have gradually entered the local environmental protection requirements and are forming a consensus. At present, domestic agricultural and forestry waste biomass power generation does not have its own industry boiler flue gas emission standards. Local standards issued in many places also refer to thermal power generation or industrial boiler flue gas emission standards below 65t/h.
The latest national air pollutant emission standard for thermal power plants, GB13223-2011, stipulates that the gas boiler emission limit standard for smoke and dust is 5mg/m³, and the latest boiler air pollutant emission standard GB13271-2014 specifies the gas boiler emission limit standard for particulate matter It is 20mg/m³.
Agricultural and forestry waste direct-fired power generation (thermal) electricity currently has two main types of furnaces in China, circulating fluidized bed and water-cooled vibrating grate boiler (layer burning furnace). Which dust removal method can be used for these two furnace types to achieve gas-fired boilers What is the level of smoke emission? How to choose ultra-low emission dust removal process to ensure compliance? Can it operate economically?
Judging from the current technology, the water-cooled vibrating grate boiler adopts pre-dust removal (cyclone dust removal) + bag filter to achieve ultra-low smoke and dust emissions, but the inlet wind speed of the cyclone dust collector and the flue gas flow rate inside the bag filter must be reasonably designed. When a circulating fluidized bed boiler adopts a higher-efficiency separator, it is not necessary to use pre-dust removal (to reduce the resistance of the air and smoke system), but the choice of bag filter should be more refined, mainly because the exhaust gas temperature of the circulating fluidized bed boiler is higher. The amount of smoke and dust is relatively large, and the ash is finer.
(Ⅶ) Application of peculiar smell treatment technology in agricultural and forestry waste biomass power plant
The generation and treatment of peculiar smell in agricultural and forestry waste power plants. During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, the environmental protection department's supervision of malodorous odors has also expanded from special industries (chemicals, garbage, biogas, aquaculture, etc.) to general industries that produce peculiar smells. Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province began to investigate the odor industry in 2017, and began to monitor and deal with 14 key industries that produce odor (including malodor) on a monthly basis. So what kind of peculiar smell will be produced by agricultural and forestry waste direct-fired power plants? How to deal with it? First of all, under the requirement of ultra-low flue gas emissions, the boiler adopts SNCR (Selective Non-catalytic Reduction Technology) flue gas denitrification, and the use of urea or ammonia must be increased. This will cause ammonia escape to exceed the standard, and the boiler’s ash will be A particularly severe pungent odor appears, especially if wet agitation is used to unload the ash, the pungent odor may even be suffocating! How to deal with it?
1. Use dry ash removal (tank truck or bagging) to prevent NH3 from escaping, and ash discharge personnel take reliable safety protection measures.
2. Use reasonable technologies such as flue gas recirculation and boiler furnace temperature measurement technology to reduce the original NOx emission and reduce the amount of denitrification agent used.
3. Adopt low-temperature NCR (selective catalytic reduction technology) denitration technology to reduce NH3 escape rate.
In addition, a large number of stored fuels in agricultural and forestry waste direct-fired power plants, as well as the fragmentation of fuel monoliths, and bulk materials also produce peculiar smells. How does it produce? When will it be released collectively? Processing ideas?
1. The fuel stored in the plant should be kept below 30% moisture as much as possible to avoid stacking of the stored fuel.
2. Adopt reasonable stockyard sheds to avoid fuel rain, and at the same time have complete stockyard drainage facilities.
3. Take dust suppression and dust removal measures when the whole material is broken in the field.
4. Dust removal and ventilation measures for the feeding system.
